The I\u00c9SEG Foundation is sheltered by the Fondation de La Catho de Lille (a recognised public utility foundation), authorised to assist us in the management of bequests.<\/p>\n<p>To receive documentation on legacies, donations and life insurance, please\u00a0contact <a href=\"mailto:fondation@ieseg.fr\">I\u00c9SEG Foundation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Life insurance<\/h2>\n<p><strong>This savings contract is a long-term solution, that allows you to decide upon the frequency and amount of payments, and earns interest every year.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you wish to pass on all or part of your assets to the I\u00c9SEG Foundation, you are free to designate it as the beneficiary of all or part of the capital of your life insurance policy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you do not yet have a life insurance policy: simply take one out with your bank or insurer, naming the I\u00c9SEG Foundation as beneficiary.<\/li>\n<li>If you already have a policy but now wish to include the I\u00c9SEG Foundation: a simple amendment will enable you to add us to the list of your beneficiaries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Donations<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Unlike a <a href=\"https:\/\/nous-soutenir.fondation-ieseg.fr\/La-Fondation-IESEG-en?utm_source=fondation-ieseg-homepage20250123-en&amp;utm_medium=cta-bouton&amp;utm_campaign=formulaire-give-expert-nous-soutenir&amp;utm_content=faire-un-don\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manual donation<\/a>, all donations must be made before a notary (acte authentique), otherwise they are null and void, and must include the acceptance of the beneficiary.<\/strong> Like gifts, donations are 66% deductible from your income tax, up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income.<\/p>\n<p>A gift is a deed drawn up before a notary, which takes effect immediately on signature of the contract and enables you to transfer property (land, furniture or buildings) or a sum of money during your lifetime.<\/p>\n<p>If you have heirs subject to reserve, the gift must not exceed the available amount.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"first-item\">Your donation can be undertaken:<\/li>\n<li>In full ownership: this is the transfer of full and final ownership of a property to the I\u00c9SEG Foundation.<\/li>\n<li>In bare ownership: you give a property (or a portfolio of property) to the I\u00c9SEG Foundation but you retain the use of it (or the collection of rents or income) for yourself or a third party.<\/li>\n<li>For a fixed period: you remain the owner of a property but you allow the usufruct to the I\u00c9SEG Foundation the usufruct for a minimum of 3 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Legacy<\/h2>\n<p><strong>If you wish to leave a legacy to the I\u00c9SEG Foundation, you will need to draw up a will.\u202f<\/strong>A will allows you to organise your estate by deciding who will inherit your assets.\u202fIt is thus possible to allocate a particular asset to a chosen person, to protect a loved one and\/or to help a Foundation such as the I\u00c9SEG Foundation.
