The I\u00c9SEG Foundation is legally independent of the School. Since its creation, it has been sheltered under the aegis of the Fondation de La Catho de Lille, a foundation officially recognised by the state as being<\/strong> in the public interest (French acronym: FRUP).<\/strong><\/pre>\n
The Management committee<\/h2>\n
The Foundation is managed by the Management Committee, made up of five members who define the Foundation’s policy, including the strategy for allocating resources.<\/strong> These members guarantee compliance with the I\u00c9SEG Foundation’s Ethics and Deontology Charter and carry out their responsibilities in agreement with the Fondation de la Catho de Lille<\/em>. They meet at least once a year.<\/p>\n

    The French and International Campaign Committee<\/h2>\n
    Made up of personalities known for their commitment, this Campaign Committee aims to multiply the efforts of the I\u00c9SEG Foundation team in France and internationally.<\/strong> Its primary mission is to support the Foundation’s raison d’\u00eatre, in particular by participating in its fundraising efforts with other major private donors and corporate partners. At the same time, the Campaign Committee determines the appropriate means to achieve the fundraising objectives.<\/p>\n
    The Foundation\u2019s team<\/h2>\n
    The team proposes strategic orientations to the Management Committee and then implements them with the support of the Campaign Committee.<\/strong> The I\u00c9SEG Foundation, which is part of the School’s Corporate Relations Department, works across all departments of I\u00c9SEG and its ecosystem.<\/p>\n
