The IÉSEG Foundation reaffirms its ambition to increase its impact in serving students by welcoming two new members to its management committee: Anne-Laure Thomas, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director at L’Oréal, and Vincent Dubois, President of DLPK and an IÉSEG graduate (1997).
Anne-Laure Thomas: acting for concrete and lasting inclusion
Convinced that “potential is everywhere,” Anne-Laure Thomas makes inclusion a deep commitment. According to her, action must be taken starting in higher education to remove barriers, especially financial ones, that can hinder young people’s paths and promote true diversity of profiles.
“We know there are gems everywhere, bright young people who just need a little help to make their dreams come true.”
Through her involvement in the management committee, she aims to contribute to concrete and sustainable actions, convinced that inclusion is not just a societal value, but a key driver for creating fairer, more innovative, and more resilient organizations.
Vincent Dubois: passing on and building the future of young talents
For Vincent Dubois, joining the Foundation’s management committee is a natural continuation of his connection with the School and his commitment to future generations.
“This commitment is, for me, the natural continuation of a strong connection with IÉSEG. As a graduate, the school has deeply influenced my journey and career: five intense, formative years during which I built friendships. Today, my closest partners come from there: IÉSEG is at the heart of our professional and personal story.”
Sensitive to issues of equal opportunity and driven by a passion for sharing knowledge, he wishes to put his experience at the service of the Foundation’s development and support the mobilization of the necessary resources.
With these two new appointments, the IÉSEG Foundation strengthens an already committed governance and affirms its intention to rely on complementary profiles.
The management committee thus has enhanced skills to continue and expand its work in support of the students.
